Returns & Replacements

At Taho Living, we strive to render top-notch services to our customers & intend on serving our market in the best way we can. We will accept returns or replacements for products if any of the following criterias are met 

  • If a damaged good has been received. In this case please share relevant images within 24-36 hours at care@taholiving.com & a representative will be in touch with you. 
  • If an incorrect order has been received.

 All products meticulously handcrafted by the country’s most skilled craftsmen, displaying unmatchable attention to detail, precision & uniqueness through their work. Each product has which also means that each product very slightly varies in tone, shape or size. This isn’t a defect but a property of the product & is not accepted as a reason to return the product.

In case of a genuine defect in the product we’d be happy to help you out with your order if –  

  •  An email has been received by our team within the 24-36 hour period. 
  • Please provide your order number & address 
  •  A short message explaining the defect in the product along with images of the same to process your return to care@taholiving.com 

The refund will be initiated if all the criterias are met within 30 days of receiving & inspecting the goods in the form of store credit or the money can also be credited back to the original payment mode. In case of Cash On Delivery (COD) we will only be able to credit your account with store credit.

Damages

In case a damaged product is received, kindly reach out to us with relevant images of the damaged product within 24-36 hours of the delivery. If the complaint is not filed within the time period we unfortunately will not be able to register your return. 

 However we ensure to extend our utmost help at resolving any problems faced with the product. At Taho Living, we consider it a responsibility to satisfy our customers with what they want. Thus, we put in every single effort to make our services the best in the industry. 

Although it is our duty to inform you that we will not be responsible for any innate property of a material or finish. To find out more on this please reach out to care@taholiving.com 

Refunds

Exchanges & Cancellations 

Orders once placed cannot be exchanged or cancelled. However if you’d like to make a change in your order or cancel it you are requested to do so within 24 hours of placing the order.  We will not be able to entertain them in any other cases. 

In case of an exchange your order will be updated with 3-5 business working days. 

Shipping

Orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving & the goods are shipped within 14-21 days of receiving the order. Once the orders have been received & processed, the orders should be delivered within 25-30 business days. Business & public holidays are an exception and are not accounted for in this process.  Delays can be expected around this period & in case of unforeseen circumstances but we know the wait is the hardest part of a customer’s journey & we are on a mission to get this package across to you as soon as we can! 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed your Airway Bill No. & a link will be sent to you on your registered email address & mobile number. Simply open the link & paste the AWB no. to track your order & get the latest updates on your shipment. 

Reverse Pickup

From the date of the request your order will be picked up within 5-7 business working days. You can reach out to care@taholiving.com in case of any comments, feedbacks or queries.

Payments

We accept all major Credit & Debit Cards (including American Express, Mastercard & Visa) & also provide other modes of Payment – Paytm, UPI, Google Pay & Cash On Delivery. Although an extra Rs.100 charge is placed on your final total when the Cash on Delivery (COD) option has been opted.
